Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the Problem:
1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and click “Next.”
3. Click “Repair your computer.”
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
File: \Windows\system32\config\system
Status: 0xc000014c
Info: Windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing, or corrupt.
因为\Windows\system32\config\路径下的system文件损坏或丢失，导致系统无法启动，并报0xc000014c错误
解决方法：
网上提供的方法均对应WinXP之前的操作系统，因Vista之后在config目录内并没有repair文件夹，改为regback了
操作步骤：
1. Boot your machine into WinPE.
2. Type: cd c:\Windows\system32\config
3. Type: ren SYSTEM SYSTEM.BACKUP
4. Type: copy regback\SYSTEM SYSTEM
5. Reboot your machine and it should boot normally.
使用光盘启动系统，在选择语言后，在点击“马上安装”的大按钮下有一个“修复”的可选，进入修复菜单后选择进入命令行，根据上面步骤操作，完成后重启计算机。
微软提供另外一个方法，并未测试
在修复菜单的命令行界面下输入sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows，此过程需时30分钟左右，之后重启计算机即可。
